The front desk staff were helpful. the complimentary airport shuttle runs frequently. the room had a good size. i found the bed comfortable and slept well. there was an issue with the bathroom tap, but it wasn't major. the breakfast had lots of choices. I especially enjoyed the fresh waffles.
i feel the parking fee should be included for hotel guests, it felt a little extra.

staff allowed an early check-in by five hours, which i appreciated. tea and coffee were available downstairs 24 hours a day, and the shuttle was a plus once i realised to phone for it.

The staff accommodated my late check-in needs without any problems. The free shuttle service ran frequently and reliably, even in the early morning hours, which I found REALLY useful. I could enjoy breakfast, even though I was running a bit late. The comfortable bed ensured a restful stay before my flight.
I noticed limited parking spaces near the hotel.

The included breakfast offered a good selection. I appreciated the warm eggs, meat, potatoes, and waffles. The pool provided a nice option for exercise and relaxation. It was generally quiet.
Only one elevator was operational, which caused some delays at times.

The hotel provide a free shuttle service. The room was clean and I got a hot breakfast. Checkout was at noon, it was a bonus for me. They provide a 10% off coupon for use at the Northbound Eatery next door.
There was no restaurant I could get dinner at.

I found the shuttle service prompt. It arrived within minutes after I called. The room had excellent amenities and plenty of space, a HUGE plus. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! It offered a variety of delicious choices.

The staff was good. The beds were comfortable (I slept well).
The parking lot was difficult to navigate. I received a paper receipt to exit the lot, but it did not work correctly, so I had to call the front desk. the parking fee was $28 per night.
